Johnny Ortiz Plate
Sold Out.

During Johnny Ortiz’ chef in residence at Stone Barns / Blue Hill he brought with him adobe bricks from his land to build an horno like the ones he grew up with in Northern New Mexico and on the Taos Pueblo.
He also brought ceramics made specifically for the meals served during his time there, some of which were small plates as pictured, presented with his fish course.
Fired on the snow moon 2.27.21, 5 of these plates remained in New Mexico and are now available through MAIDA.
